From global operations to complex transformation programmes, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside exceptional teams to deliver practical solutions that scale.

Until 2023, I was CIO and Managing Partner at a leading private equity–backed communications consultancy with a presence across 7 countries. There, I led IT operations and governance at a global level, while ensuring strong alignment with information security and business resilience.

After stepping away from that role, I founded Harben Consulting to do what I enjoy most — working closely with clients as a trusted advisor. Today, I offer fractional CIO and CISO services, helping businesses navigate complexity, strengthen their controls, and move forward with confidence.
